Workout

oops I’ve been lacking on posting here for the last couple of days.. sorry!! Yesterday’s work out was: 48 squats, 101 knee push ups, 150 sit-ups. Didn’t get a chance to do more because I was pretty busy. Going to try to do my tricep work outs and dips today! wish me luck. (: <3

Oh also! Thought I’d say my old pants are starting to get way too baggy for me! Might need to get a belt soon O:

This is my best friend, Nikki. She just moved out of my house and out of town for a year to live with her dad. This is before she straightened her hair and she was wearing my glasses.

Oh goodness me, I already miss her dearly. I didn’t get to see her much before she left either. Gosh, I’m a mess thinking about it.

today’s workout!

Arm is better so I did a few of the ones I missed yesterday -
knee push-ups: 88
Dips: 26

“world’s fastest workout” again which consists basically of 40 sec of squat thrusts, 40 sec of mountain climbers, 40 sec of high knees, and 40 sec of jumping jacks. split in to 20s mixed up with 10 second breaks. (: I love this one so much fun!

One-arm press: 12 on each side
Dumbbell Skull Crusher: 12
Overhead Extension: 12
One-Arm Kickback: 12 on each side
Close-Grip Push-Up: 12

today and yesterday’s work outs

I didn’t wake up with enough time to exercise before giving plasma today, so I couldn’t do my push-ups or dips tonight (since my arm needs to heal). ): however I did do:

squats: 41
sit-ups: exhaustion test = 60
jumping jacks: 100

I think I’ll do my push-ups and dips tomorrow if my arm seems better. (:

I was too tired to mention yesterday I did some exercises to hopefully help my flabby triceps out! I did:

One-arm press: 12 on each side

Overhead Extension: 12
One-Arm Kickback: 12 on each side
